ICT Journalsim a must for all scribes

The world today is fast changing for all scribes or journalists who do not want change and adopt new media technologies.
However even if the will to change is there, the problem sometimes is poor infrastracture for journalsits especially in developing countries.

There is a need for governments of the developing countries that there is ICT infrastructure for country where upon private sector can build and make it available to all who want. This I am trying to say should be done by government in order subsidise it's citizens in the use of ICT because the ICT infracture is very expensive to put in place and therefore remains the domain of the rich people.
